Subscription Services
TheVibeCTO.com operates on a monthly subscription model. Here's what you need to know about our refund policy:
First Month Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with our services after your first month of subscription, we offer a satisfaction guarantee:
- If you're unhappy with the development progress or results in your first month, please contact us directly at hello@TheVibeCTO.com to discuss your concerns.
- We will work with you to address any issues and make necessary adjustments to your project.
- If, after these efforts, you remain unsatisfied, we may issue a prorated refund based on the work completed and services rendered during this period.
Refund Eligibility Criteria
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Service Unavailability: If we are unable to provide the services as described due to technical or operational limitations.
- Project Incompatibility: If we determine, after our initial assessment, that your project requirements cannot be fulfilled through our service model.
- Discontinuation of Service: If TheVibeCTO.com discontinues operations or specific services that you have paid for in advance.
Refunds are generally not available in the following cases:
- After the initial month of service has passed and you have continued the subscription.
- For time spent on consultations, design work, or development that has been delivered according to the agreed requirements.
- For subscriptions canceled after the monthly billing date has passed.
- When the client changes direction or requirements significantly during the development process.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at hello@TheVibeCTO.com with the subject line "Refund Request."
- Provide your full name, email address associated with your account, and the reason for your refund request.
- Include any relevant details that may help us understand and address your concerns.
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@TheVibeCTO.com. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged for subsequent months.
- You will retain access to your completed work and deliverables.
Please note that cancellation does not automatically qualify you for a refund of the current billing period.
Platform Costs
As noted in our service agreement, clients are responsible for the costs of their chosen development platform (e.g., Replit, Lovable.dev). These costs are separate from TheVibeCTO.com subscription fees and are governed by the refund policies of those respective platforms.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated refund policy.
